Curriculum
Registered Polarity Practitioner curriculum.
Advanced professional training in the theory and practice of Polarity Therapy — combining practical bodywork skills, energetic assessment, counselling, nutrition, supervision and professional development.

A Living Curriculum
Taught through hands-on practice, energetic enquiry and personal transformation — eleven modules woven across the years of study.
Module 01
Spinal Balancing
This course focuses on the spine as the ‘Tree of Life’. Students learn to evaluate the spine structurally and energetically through observation and palpation using the six-pointed star pattern as a guide.
- Muscle releases
- Vertebral releases
- Stretch releases
- Positive force muscle contacts
- Low impulse leverage techniques
- Sacral balancing
- Pelvis and hip adjustments
The objective is to support alignment of the sacrum, spine and cranium, encouraging balanced energy flow throughout the body.
Module 02
Autonomic Nervous System & Five Point Star
Explores the relationship between the autonomic nervous system and energetic balance. Students learn techniques designed to support balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic activity while working with the five-point star pattern of the energy field.
Module 03
Deepening the Elements
The five elements are studied in greater depth, including their relationship to digestive function, colon health, urogenital system and lymphatic system. Students also learn how nutritional evaluation can support bodywork and overall wellbeing.
Module 04
Cleanse Group Process
Cleansing is explored as a process of personal renewal and self-discovery through a structured group process that examines physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of cleansing and rejuvenation.
Module 05
Communication & Counselling II
Building upon foundational counselling skills, this course explores professional boundaries, addictive behaviour, dysfunctional thinking patterns, co-dependency and elemental approaches to counselling.
Module 06
Polarity Cranial Balancing I & II
Based on Dr. Stone's teachings regarding the cerebrospinal fluid system and primary respiratory pulse.
- Perceive subtle cranial rhythms
- Work with the sacrum and occiput
- Balance cranial structures
- Release fascial restrictions
- Support energetic and emotional integration
Part II extends the work to the facial bones and deeper cranial relationships.
Module 07
Energetic Nutrition
Students learn to recognise elemental qualities within food and nutrition. Training includes taking eating histories, nutritional analysis, supporting client awareness, and encouraging balanced relationships with food.
Module 08
Advanced Supervision & Study Group
Students work with clients under supervision and receive guidance and feedback from instructors. The study group provides opportunities to examine challenging cases and develop greater understanding of therapeutic relationships.
Module 09
Polarity Exercise
Polarity exercises combine stretching, breathing and sound to support vitality, flexibility and energetic balance. Students learn how to use these exercises both personally and within client care.
Module 10
Business & Professional Ethics
Addresses the practical realities of professional practice, including financial management, professional boundaries, ethical responsibility and sustainable practice development.
Module 11
Internship
The internship serves as a transition into professional practice. Through supervised work and videotaped sessions, students receive feedback designed to strengthen confidence, competence and professional development.

The Energetic Anatomy
Working with the body's living energy field.
Across every module, students learn to perceive and work with the currents, centres and elemental qualities that animate the body — the foundation of Dr. Stone's original system of healing.
